Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy : 1. Processing Time Regular plants are processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. Rare & Imported Varieties (e.g., imported roses, imported indoor plants, imported vinca, and other imported collections) require 45–60 days for shipping due to importing procedures, customs clearance, and plant preparation. 2. Shipping Policy 2.1 Shipping Method Plants are shipped via DTDC or Blue Dart courier services. Seeds are shipped via India Post. 2.2 Delivery Time Metro cities: 3–6 business days after dispatch. Other areas: 5–10 business days after dispatch. Remote locations may take longer, depending on courier service availability. 2.3 Shipping Charges Charges are calculated based on product weight, size, and delivery location. Bulk or special delivery arrangements will be discussed before dispatch. 2.4 Tracking A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped. Customers can track their package on the courier partner’s website. Once a tracking number is provided, the responsibility for package delivery lies with the courier company. If the package is lost, delayed, or mishandled after dispatch, it is not our responsibility. 2.5 Packaging Plants are packed in moisture-retaining, protective packaging to ensure safe delivery. Seeds are dispatched only after germination testing to ensure quality and true-to-type results as shown in product images. 2.6 Weather, Customs & Seasonal Shipping Delays Shipping may be delayed due to extreme weather (heatwaves, floods, cyclones) or customs clearance delays for imported plants. These situations do not qualify for refunds or cancellations. 3. Replacement Policy 3.1 Eligibility for Replacement Replacement is provided only in the following cases: Root Dieback or Root Gall Disease detected within 15 days of delivery. Plant Dead on Arrival (DOA) — reported immediately upon delivery. 3.2 Proof Required for Replacement A full unboxing video (continuous, without cuts or edits) showing the unopened package and plant condition upon arrival. Clear images showing: Plant growth for 2 weeks after delivery The exact problem (root dieback/root gall disease) For DOA claims, the unboxing video must clearly show the dead plant. 3.3 Approval Process Our team will verify the provided videos and images. If approved, a same variety or same ID replacement will be sent within 45–60 days. Only one replacement will be provided per order. 3.4 Customer Responsibility Customers must give 100ïfort to care for the plant after receiving it. If a plant dies due to improper care, we are not responsible. Customers must check their local climate suitability for the plant before ordering. Immediate care must be given upon receiving the plant. 3.5 Seeds No replacement, cancellation, or refund for seeds. Seeds are sent healthy and fresh after germination testing. The results (flower or vegetable) will match the images provided in the listing. 4. Important Disclaimers Courier Handling Disclaimer Once handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for delays, mishandling, or damage caused in transit unless proven at delivery with an uncut unboxing video. Plant Appearance Disclaimer Live plants may have slight variations in size, shape, or color compared to website images due to natural growth differences and seasonal changes. Pest/Disease Disclaimer Live plants may sometimes have minor pests due to natural conditions — this is normal and not grounds for replacement unless severe and reported immediately. Wrong Address Responsibility If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for the loss. If the customer still wants the order, reshipping charges will apply. Delayed Plant Growth Growth speed, blooming time, and overall plant performance depend on care, climate, and location. We cannot guarantee exact growth or flowering timelines.
